I think you should have used your biscotti pans in this blog post. I have two of the pans and use them every time I bake biscotti. I LOVE the pans!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for the suggestion, Gale - they would indeed work very well here. No need to measure or eyeball... PJH
