I made the vanilla nuts - I baked them for half an hour and still had a lot of liquid left. I think when I make them again, I may cut down the amount of butter or increase the amount of nuts. Anyway, quite yummy and I will be giving these to my co-workers for Christmas. Good call Melissa. If you need to tweak a bit, that's just how to do it.
