This was fantastically good stollen. I love King Arthur's traditional Christmas Stollen and have made that many times but this "Stollen when you don't have time" was at least as good, maybe better. I loved the texture and flavor of the dough. It was simple to knead and shape. Of course, I added the traditional marzipan log which is always pleases the eaters!
