I am more of a traditionalist. Stollen needs to be a yeast dough...otherwise it is not stollen. The consistency and mouth feel is not right! And, it needs to have a bit of Marzipan down the center. Anything else in my book is not Stollen, but a fruit bread, or in this case, a Quick fruit bread, while it may be tasty, it will never be as good!! Each to his own, Sig - thanks for sharing. PJH
