Looks yummy and a great way to use up the rest of the ricotta after the manicotti we had this weekend. I want to thank you for letting us know how much salt to use when we use salted butter instead of unsalted butter in baking recipes. "They" say to always use unsalted, but I prefer the taste of salted butter in my cooking so that's what I usually have on hand when I bake.
