can this recipe be made in to a gluten free stollen?
Unfortunately it's not quite as easy as swapping out a GF flour for the wheat-based flour to make a recipe GF. I would recommend trying a stollen recipe specifically written to be GF, such as this one: http://glutenagogo.blogspot.com/2009/11/stollen-b.html. ~Mel
