Hi there, Toba! You could use our new Keto Wheat Flour here! Our test kitchen team has found that it does better in recipes with shorter rise times so we'd recommend letting the dough rise at room temperature for 2 hours, then refrigerate it for about 2 hours or so, and baking the same day. Recipes with an overnight rise in them didn't do as well. We hope this helps and happy baking!
