I love no knead bread! But I clicked over here hoping for a recipe I could use in my new Zo (which is on it's way to me from KAF). Do you all have an index of recipes that are bread machine friendly? Beth, all yeast breads are bread machine friendly, if you simply use the bread machine to knead the dough. Take a look at our Yeast Breads category in the recipe archive; scroll down, and you'll find categories for both breads baked in the machine, and breads baked out of the machine, written specifically for bread machines.
