Wow - loved all of the tips and info about baking bread. My mom is an expert bread baker, but I have never quite gotten a good feel for it. I will definitely give this a try... It looks like bread that even I can make! Jen, YOU CAN DO THIS. Totally. And soon you'll be rivaling your mom! Have fun - PJH
