I just love that book... I have tried a bunch of the recipes and they all turn out great. The best part was that I can use the recipes and just make teeny tiny breads just for me. I want to say, though that you really do need the HUGE container for the dough to rise in. I know this from experience and trust me, it was not easy to clean up the next morning. :)
