Looks terrific! I don't have a pizza stone, but I do have one of your domed Le Cloche ovens. Could you please tell us how to modify the recipe to use it? Thanks!! Judy, try using just the base of the cloche as a stone. Or add the lid, and bake a bit longer. Same temperature. Should work just fine. PJH
