Should the dough double or triple in the first rise (before going into the refrigerator)
Your picture looks like it is almost up to the 6qt mark, my first attempt just doubled.
The first loafs I baked came out nice and crusty but a little dense inside, is this because it didn't rise enough?
I'm doing the preheated Dutch Oven baking method
