Hi Hoppy! If you want to make a loaf that's 100% whole wheat, you'll want a recipe that's designed to do so for best results. As for tips, adding 2 to 4 couple tablespoons of Vital Wheat Gluten or 2 tablespoons of Whole Grain Bread Improver will help your loaf have higher rises and a lighter texture. Happy baking!
