David zolotow August 14, 2015 at 7:33pm Yes...very easy...2 1/2 cups fed sd starter, 1 1/2 cups warm water, 1 tp yeast ,7 cups all purpose flour...mix and stir...beater blade 1 min....cover 2 hours...fridge 7 days...oil container...remove from fridge , stand 5-8 hours....sprinkle doughy... Form 55-60 minutes...slash, spritz bake 450. 25-30 minutes...enjoy p Reply
