HI Impressive looking bread, thanks for efforts We don't have the yeast or flour you mention in South AFrica. Would it work with unbleached flour and any yeast? I really want to make a nutritious bread for kids with spinach or similar and pea flour or similar if you can advise. Thanks! Debby
