Hi there, Mai! When it comes to bar cookies, brownies, and blondies we recommend baking them, letting them cool completely, and then freezing. Freeing the unbaked batter or bar cookie dough can impact the leaveners which will make for a poor rise and in the case of brownies and blondies, it can cause the emulsion in the batter to break.
