I have baked Christmas cookies (pinwheel cookies, shortbread logs, spritz cookies and cut-out sugar cookies) and frozen them after baking. To me, they seemed good as fresh when thawed. It this OK, or is it better to freeze raw cookie dough? Brenda, do whatever works for YOU. There are no better/worse methods; just what you like. Cheers! PJH
