Hi, Thanks for the great idea about freezing cookie dough. Now I know how to get ahead for my 3000+ cookie baking marathon for Christmas (yep, 20 different kinds, all by myself, only with KAF flour). All I have to do is patiently wait for my King Arthur order to arrive... ;). Claudia, all I can say is... WOW. 3,000 cookies. You must have some very lucky friends.
