I just made cookies today and froze half the batch. I'm so excited to know I have fresh cookies in the freezer! Mine didn't get ice crystals on them though. Is this a problem? I can't wait to get my paper bakers to make sticky buns! Thanks for the great post. Sarah, ice crystals are actually NOT a good thing, but I was using them to make a visual point - "See the ice crystals? These are frozen." No ice crystals is just fine. PJH
