thanks so much for the tips on baking and freezing. what a great way to entertain without all of the last minute work! i have always enjoyed the king arthur catalogue, but this blog is new for me...and it is terrific! i'm hooked! Welcome, Janet... Have fun here - seems we all do! PJH
