I've had a yin to make cinnamon rolls/sticky buns but can't manage to get up in time to make it happen in time for breakfast (or lunch...maybe dinner). This is 100% the solution for our family. The cookies... heh. I've been wanting to try something like that for ages. I can taste the warm chocolate chip cookies already. :) I have a feeling the ability to have fresh baked cookies on demand will make us a pretty popular house on the block once my kids hit school age.
