Made the chocolate chunk pecan pie. Fantastic beyond words. Would like to make several tartlets instead of one pie. Would that work? How would I alter temperature and baking time. Thank you for all your amazing information. Judy, depends on the size of the tartlets; I'd bake them at 350°F and start checking at 20 minutes or so. Maybe a total of 30 minutes?
