Can I freeze a non yeast bread prior to baking such as an orange, cranberry nut bread? Thanks for your help I've tried it, and it doesn't work as well. I think it's something about liquid and ice crystals... Best to bake the loaf, then freeze, then rewarm in a 350°F oven, lightly wrapped in foil, for 10-15 minutes. PJH
