The only other thing to do to those cookies is a sprinkle of sea salt before baking. Add a scoop of ice cream and a little dessert sauce and and use the warm cookies for any easy treat! Oh, Mary... you are SO right about the salt. And I love your idea of adding ice cream and sauce to warm cookies! How about baking them in mini muffin tins, or in a standard muffin tin, filled halfway? Little round chewy treats with ice cream and sauce... here we go again! Thanks for sharing, Mary - PJH
