I am curious to know if freezing regular dinner rolls will work with your freezing instruction? ( I make them using the Tangzhong method, which may or may not be important information to include for the sake of my question.) There is a lot less sugar in the dinner rolls than in cookies, sticky rolls, etc. and I am wondering if this will work for regular dinner rolls, as well.
