Hi, Judy. We're very glad to hear that the cookie baking begins soon! There are very few cookies that don't freeze well, and they're usually that ones that are egg white based and/or that don't use flour, such as Almond Cloud Cookies or Flourless Fudge Cookies. Generally, if you can easily scoop the dough, (think chocolate chip, gingerbread, sugar cookies, etc.) you should be good to go. The only thing to keep in mind is that if it's a style of cookie that you roll in sugar before baking, save the sugar until just before you're about to bake so there's no time for the sugar to dissolve or pull any moisture away from the dough.
