I am feeling very relieved at the moment, as I mixed up three KAF cookie recipes for my Christmas trays and scooped and froze all the dough to bake next weekend, just before the holidays.
I began second-guessing my methodology, however, wondering how long to thaw, etc., when I discovered this post! Thank you for answering all my baking questions!
Freezing and baking on demand solves my storage issues and makes everything fresh-baked!
