One more handy tip for frozen cookies: I write the oven temp and bake time on the bag, along with any special instructions. That makes it especially easy for teenage sons or gift recipients. I do this with almost all my cookie dough - even delicate Mexican wedding cakes - with a note on the bag to cool 5 minutes and roll in powdered sugar as a special instruction. It's a gift people rave about receiving!
