i have been making cookie balls for years i even sale them to fraternity and sorority, and lots of people. i sell peanut butter hockey pucks, you can't fork them after frozen. if you bake them right out of the freezer you get a better cookie. they rise and don't spread out. i do breads, cakes, pies and other, people love my bake goods and love that they can keep in their freezers. i also have guest who come and ask what i have in the freezer just so they can have a snack. love to cook. but frozen is the best even lava cake better when baked from frozen stage.
