My Grandson is stationed overseas and freezing the.pre baked cookie makes for a lot more goodies shipped to him. His Mother & I spent and afternoon making about 10 batches of cookies. She'd blend & I would form & freeze. She works horrible hours so I keep the cookies, pull a bag out every week bake & mail them. It's great for all of us. Getting ready to make up another 10 batches this week.
