Hi there, and thanks for all this fascinating and helpful information! I thank the KAF Helpline for pointing me to this blog....I've found answers to my questions, plus a WHOLE lot more!! One more question, as I am a lacto-vegetarian who doesn't eat eggs. Can you think of a substitute for the egg/water mixture in the Cheese Twist recipe? Is there something else that I can used to bind the two layers of dough together and to give the twists a glaze of sorts?
