How easy you make it seem that I'll have to make them this year for my giant goodie trays! Also, by the way, your cookie recipe is the same as a recipe that I have for a Sweedish cookie that surrounds a marachino cherry. (The name of which I never knew.) That recipe was given to me over 30 years ago and I almost always make them on the holidays. So, I have no excuse not to make the Linzers!
