I baked these cookies but wondered if I did something wrong as they didn't flatten out at all. Are they suppose to spread at all? I put in walnuts, chocolate chips and raisins. Would that make a difference? The flavor is great but they are a bit hard! Gert - You probably did nothing wrong. Loaded up cookies with add-ins tend to spread less. If you used shortening for the butter, they would not spread as much and be a bit crunchier. Elisabeth @ KAF
