Can these be frozen before baking? That way I can have fresh baked when desired and I'm not "forced" to consume the entire batch quickly. Thanks Indeed, Anita, good thought. Just freeze them on the pan, then when frozen store in a plastic bag. Bake however many you want - right from the freezer, or thawed. Right from the freezer, they'll probably take a minute or two longer. Enjoy - PJH
