I'm really looking forward to making this for Thanksgiving. I've only made 3 other pies in my life (the last 3 Thanksgivings actually), but it makes me nervous! I'm so happy to see your step by step instructions with photos. I think I've calmed down a bit and can now concentrate on the tasting part. One question- would it be okay to make this 1 or 2 days ahead of time? Oh, and I plan on accompanying this with Pumpkin whipped cream. Hopefully the tastes will go together! Sure, you can make this a day ahead of time - just let it cool completely before covering it with plastic. Molly @ KAF
