This looks awesome! I'm going to have to make it, if not for Thanksgiving, then just after. I like the idea of adding the bourbon. We used to get something like this in Annapolis, MD as Kentucky Derby pie, and I've missed it! On another note, is there a way to make this dairy free? One of my family members has a cow milk allergy (not lactose). Thanks! You could use all shortening for the crust and margarine for the filling. Frank @ KAF.
