Tamara, we made a LOT of mistakes; we're only human, just like everyone else, and anyway, that's why they call it the TEST kitchen! I'm so glad this recipe receives your "family seal of approval" - I just made one Tuesday, and it disappeared in the space of a morning simply by my putting it on the table next to my desk.
