Can this pie be frozen after it's baked? Yes, it's dense enough that it can be frozen. I wouldn't suggest freezing for more than 3 to 4 weeks, though; it'll dry out over time. Thaw overnight in the fridge, then warm in the oven before serving. Good luck - PJH
