I made these rolls as a test last night, and while they were very tasty, they were not as soft as I would have liked as I only have 9 inch round pans. I also thought they were a little small for my husband's hungry family. Could I increase the recipe by 50% and make the same amount of rolls and bake in my 9 inch pans? I would rather not add more pans to my ever growing collection. Or do you think 50% might be too much? Thanks for a great web site! That should work. You would be using about 3 ounces per roll as opposed to PJ's 2 ounces per roll.That would make a good sized roll and 8 should fit well in your 9" pans.
