PJ- they were tasty, although I mis-calculated my timing and they were ready an hour too early- we were trying to think of a clever name for dough that rises too swiftly ( I work in a medical clinic) - so far we decided it was "premature tumescence"- :-) We have our turkey day 2 weeks in advance of the REAL day since we don't want everyone to be totally burned out on turkey and 'punkin' pie! PJ, you guys rock! Uh.... gee, June, you guys have some extra time on your hands there at the clinic? Premature tumescence, huh? I can't think of anything better! :) PJH
