I'm definitely going to make these. I'm in a similar situation as Melinda. How would you recommend reheating if I bake the day before? Covered at 300 or something like that? Or, could I par-bake and finish at the destination? Stewart, tent with foil and reheat for about 5-7 minutes in a 350°F oven. Or better yet, as you say, parbake till set but not golden; and finish baking the next day. PJH
