You can either make two separate batches and have them rise side-by-side in separate bowls OR you can double all the ingredients aside from the yeast (use 3 teaspoons of yeast so the dough doesn't rise too quickly). If making one large batch, be sure you watch how quickly your dough is rising and move onto the next step once it has doubled in size. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
