I have always been successful with the above recipe. I would like to make sub rolls using the above recipe. Is it possible? Also I have KAF diastatic malt on my shelf. Have read great reviews about it on your website. If I have to add it to above recipe, how much should I add? And should I add it to dry ingredients? With the addition of malt will I have to make any changes to any of the I ingredients. Thank you.
