Very cool that this should be posted today. I JUST completed my first attempt at decorating cookies with royal icing. i was really pleased with how they came out. They were for my son's football team and they all loved them. I'm all jazzed up to make all kinds of cookies now! LOL I love the parchment paper cone idea. I used the disposable bags, but for smaller amounts of icing the parchment is so much more practical. You go girl! Cookie decorating is addictive, so beware! :) ~ MaryJane
