Beautiful!! I always feel so happy looking at decorated cookies of any kind. How did you get the textured appearance on the filled in part of the ornament cookie? Hi Renee, I love to look at photos of all kinds of pretty desserts. The texture on the cookie was an experiment. I had read that if you place a damp paper towel over the damp icing, it would give you a very smooth texture. I found that it was a pretty big mess to deal with, and you ended up with the towel design in the icing, so I didn't use it in the blog. I prefered the old fashioned flooding, but try the towel sometime to see how you like it. ~ MaryJane
