Just a quick note to say that the frozen pizza did come out just as good. I think I'll make a few more tomorrow. I have to say though that the crumpets you had in your blog several months ago are my favorite use for "discard" starter. It's such a easy recipe, and they work well in the freezer if I don't have time to eat them up right away.
