We recently had some issues with our frig., it decided to freeze everything in it. (EVERYTHING!) I took my starter out on Monday to feed it and see if it was still good after all the freezing and thawing. (It is!) I decided to use the discarded cup to make the pizza dough. It was great. My six year old proclaimed it to be the best pizza EVER and asked if I could make it every week. Thank you! It's nice to be able to mix it and shape it before I go to work then have a great crust ready to go when I get home. Sourdough is SO forgiving, isn't it? Thanks for sharing, Laurie - PJH
