I tried this today with my discard starter and it was great! The crust came out wonderfully. I tried putting one of the pizzas in the freezer after putting the toppings on. My husband is our weeknight dinner cook, and he frequently turns to frozen pizza. I'd love to have a homemade alternative. Thanks. GREAT, Jo - glad it worked out for you.
