Okay, I live in the Denver area and have to admit that Double D's pizza is fabulous. And they don't skimp on their toppings--my medium pizza from there was pretty hefty, so they're worth the price as an indulgence. But my last use of my sourdough starter was for pizza crusts--came out flatter than I like (probably because I hadn't used my starter in quite some time) and will have to try again with your tips! So glad you have a sourdough pizza crust recipe, as so far I haven't had a single KAF recipe fail me yet. Thanks!
