Wow! I can't wait to try this. I hated throwing away that one cup of starter every time I refresh my starter. Guess my husband and I will be eating a lot of pizza! Thanks, PJ! Go for it, Susan - what do they say, reduce, reuse, recycle... not sure which of those fits the starter, but seems one of them must! PJH
